Vinyasa and Gentle Yoga
John Ferguson completed his 200-hour yoga certification through Kripalu. John's practice continues to evolve and grow through attending workshops with senior instructors such as Anna Forest, Amy Weintraub and David Swenson, and his teachings focus on incorporating postures and breathing techniques to quiet the mind and relax the body to create a moving meditation. Each class focuses on each student's individual level while creating a safe and nurturing environment. Special attention is paid to deep relaxation to revive the body, mind and spirit.
