We may have grown up with the belief that in order to be spiritual we must transcend the body, or separate the spirit from the “flesh” and its longings. What if listening to the body not only informs our spiritual life, but takes us to our next level of spiritual development? This is embodiment.

We’re excited to return to Charym later this spring, after a several year break, for another Sound Journey with Settle Into Stillness (SettleIntoStillness.com). The aftermath of the pandemic has kept us touring closer to home, but this year we are spreading our wings and touring as far and wide as we can. We are back and better than ever!
