During this Sound Bath Meditation, you will lie comfortably as you are led in a guided meditation. An infusion of beautiful sounds, vibrations and frequencies produced through gongs, crystal singing bowls and other delightful instruments will wash over your body, assisting in the release of any energy blocks that may be preventing your truest expression of happiness and well-being. Join Nicole to understand the difference between Scientific, Heroic and Wise Woman traditions of healing and gain the skills to observe plants within a close perimeter to your doorstep. Learn how to identify plants by their flowers and how to prepare tincture, vinegar and oil. You will gain an embodied awareness for working with plants, reinitiating your sense of smell and intuition and stepping into the role of herbalist in your home.
Class will be held completely outdoors, so come dressed to take a nature walk with Nicole. Register online and meet in the parking lot behind West Street Yard.
