Membership FAQ
Who can become a member?
Anyone can become a member! We ask that students seeking a consistent yoga practice make a 3 month minimum commitment to membership.
Children can attend classes only with a parent.
Teens and young adults can join as well, inquire about special rates for teen yoga.
Does my card get charged automatically every month?
Yes, once enrolled in a membership plan, you will auto-renew each month on the same day until you elect to terminate. If you pause your membership, you will be charged a re-enrollment free of $35.
Can I choose when my membership begins?
Yes, you may choose your initiation date. We require that you initiate within 90 days of your purchase. Please email us at info@charym.com if you would like your auto-renewal to be set for a specific day of the month.
What is the refund or cancellation policy for members?
Once enrolled, there are no refunds given due to the limited number of IUnlimited memberships available to our studio community.
By agreeing to this special membership opportunity, you agree to give us a minimum of 2 weeks notice before cancellation. Cancellation requests received in under 2 weeks of the renewal date will be charged as scheduled, and the membership kept open for the remaining days.
Does my membership allow for guests?
Memberships are meant for individuals, and we ask that you not share your membership for others to use.
How do I purchase a membership as a gift for someone else?
If you wish to purchase a membership for a loved one, the membership needs to be in the name of the individual who will be using it. Ideally their email address will be tied to the account for booking classes. Should the membership purchase be a surprise, you may add your own email address temporarily, and we can change it in the account later on when the member is ready to book classes.
