MEMBERSHIP F.A.Q.
Who can become a member?
Anyone can become a member, however we do have a limit of ten students per membership level.
We will add you to the waitlist once membership is full. Email info@charym.com to add your name.
Currently we have membership(s) available and you can be added to our waitlist when enrollment is full.
Does my card get charged automatically every month?
Yes, once enrolled in a membership plan, you will auto-renew each month on the same day. If you cancel your membership at any time, you will be charged an enrollment fee to re-enroll in Inner Circle. Enrollment fees are $35 for all new memberships. If you upgrade to a different Inner Circle tier during your membership plan, the enrollment fee will be waived.
Can I choose when my membership begins?
When you enroll in Inner Circle, you may choose your initiation date. We require that you initiate within 90 days of your purchase. Please email us at info@charym.com if you would like your auto-renewal to be set for a specific day of the month.
Do classes roll over from one month to the next on a Basic plan?
No, you should use your class credits early and often as your body and spirit will thank you.
What is the refund or cancellation policy for members?
Members may cancel appointments without affecting their class balance.
Once enrolled, there are no pauses on membership or refunds given due to the limited number of Inner Circle memberships available to our studio community.
By agreeing to this special membership opportunity, and by making this purchase of monthly auto-pay, you agree to give a minimum of 2 weeks notice before cancellation. Cancellation requests received in under 2 weeks of the renewal date will be charged as scheduled, and the membership kept open for the remaining 30 days.
Does my membership allow for guests?
Memberships are meant for individuals, and we ask that you not share your membership codes for others to use. We do, however, offer discounted drop-in rates for friends and family of members. See the Membership Benefits section below for more information.
How do I purchase a membership as a gift for someone else?
If you wish to purchase a membership for a loved one, the membership needs to be in the name of the individual who will be using the membership. Ideally their email address will be tied to the account for booking classes. Please communicate to us which email address will be used on the account. Should the membership purchase be a surprise, you may add your own email address temporarily, and we can change it in the account later on when the member is ready to book classes. The credit card used to initiate the membership will be automatically stored for autopay. Please communicate if and when this card number needs to be updated.
