Before we discuss Charym’s next transition here on the blog, let’s stop… sit back in our chairs and take a look around the room.

I just practiced this exercise myself. And I guess because I just woke up, started drinking coffee and writing this blog, my tongue hasn’t yet clenched up on any constricting topics.
But maybe it’s about to!
Sometime in 2020, Team Charym took on the challenge of upgrading a brand new website. We left our legacy account with the scheduling system Mindbody for Acuity Scheduling in order to accommodate Zoom classes.
We were looking for an automated solution for getting you to virtual classes. And for easier booking of private sessions scheduled both in the studio and at your location.
Our work flow as a small team is committed to improving your flow and our website is part of that!
We are happy to announce….
Mindbody is coming back!
Here are the perks we anticipate:
Students who Zoom, we hope we are all pleasantly surprised at the ease of the Mindbody Livestream.
your own unique account login for ease of checking into classes in-studio and managing your class passes
a native livestream option within that account
a simple app that also shares other yoga and movement studios based on your geographical location should you wish
Our target launch date is November 13. In the meantime, you will continue to register for class as usual. On launch day, you will see our website updated with Mindbody and you will be prompted to make a new account.
Once you make your account, our team will transfer any remaining class credits to you through a special code. We hope you will log in to Mindbody and let us know if you have any questions.
Our former database will still be live behind the scenes so we can reference your remaining class packages.
Inner Circle Members will receive a message from our Membership Manager, Tyanne. Members will receive concierge account transfer with the added perk of the 20% discount on special events being applied at checkout. No special code needed!
